Due to the personalised and handcrafted nature of our jewellery, returns and exchanges are not accepted for:

❌ Non-Returnable Items
  • Customised jewellery
  • Made-to-order designs
  • One-of-a-kind or limited-edition pieces

Eligible Exchanges

Exchanges are considered only in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect product delivered

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images and the product in its original, unused condition and packaging.

Important Notes

Products damaged due to wear and tear, mishandling, or unauthorised alterations will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

All decisions regarding returns, exchanges, or disputes rest solely with Sparkle by Rashmi.

Q. Can I return or exchange customised jewellery?
No. Customised, made-to-order, and one-of-a-kind pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
Q. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images. We will assess and assist accordingly.
Q. Are refunds offered?
Refunds are not offered except in rare cases approved at our discretion.
